WiX Toolset Lifecycle

I (finally) posted the WiX Toolset Lifecycle information introduced earlier this year.

As you are all aware, WiX v3 will finally go out of consumer support early next year. In a coincidence of timing, WiX v4 also goes out consumer support at the same time.

Note

If you are a FireGiant customer, these dates do not apply to you. Commercial support extends the support timeline for all versions of the WiX Toolset.

Here are the key upcoming dates:

WiX Version	Consumer Support End Date
WiX v3	2025/02/06
WiX v4	2025/02/05
