Il manque un effet au survol des actus et événements.
À part le curseur, aucun élément visuel n'indique que c'est cliquable.

On peut rajouter des flèches, oui

Côté RGAA on valide les tests avec le title qui s'affiche au survol, mais visuellement on manque de micro interactions.
