I was using this tool and I seems it is missing the possibility of change serverId and delete a serverId. I don't have enough of knowledge in c# to create it to share

You can add this sting:
<client version="770" description="Client 7.70" otbversion="3" datsignature="439D5A33" sprsignature="439852BE"/>

to file PluginTwo.xml
