Update Donor and Recipient data from Spine

Investigate how to get updated data from the Spine for Donor and Recipients in the NHIC dataset.

Especially interested in DoB, DoD, NHS Number, Causes of Death

In theory, I have that capability, but I have never got it working because it is cumbersome via the Spine Update Service (SUS). I have been set up to use the OUH Trust access to this. So I could help. That said, I would not use it.

Better in my view would be to pursue: https://opensmsp.wordpress.com/ in conjunction with Hizni, Charlie, and Soheil, who I understand have a similar requirement. Indeed, it could be part of Project: NHIC. They are all aware of this project and say it looks promising.

If they don't follow up on it, I am interested. We could collaborate because we both have the requirement ...
