no internet connection

Hi i installed as the guidance said, but whenever i start whoami my internet connection is gone, i'm still connected to the wifi but not internet and as soon as i stop it everthing is back to normal.

some public wifis tend to block such proxy requests, shift to a personal mobile hotspot,it'll work!!
