Describe the QA issue

The GUI tests pipeline was skipped due to this issue and again pipeline was enabled in this PR where the images built on Fedora36 were used.

Since Fedora is short-lived linux distro, it is better to move to the linux distro that has long-term support such as Ubuntu-LTS versions. Also see owncloud-ci/squish#36 (review)

Currently, we are unable to use Ubuntu22.04 (LTS version) due to the issue linked above. This ticket should act as a reminder that whenever the GUI tests can run with Ubuntu22.04 in drone-ci, we MUST use docker images based on ubuntu22.04 for the tests.
