Creating public link. Message "password must not be empty" still exist after switching to internal role

Steps:

• create folder
• click by quick action copy link
• in the create link window press Share button without setting password - not possible, message: Password must not be empty
  here question: maybe good way to disable Share button button until the user enters the password??
• change role to invited people

Expected: message: Password cannot be set for internal links

Actual: message: Password must not be empty still exist. the password field is disabled. It confused user, he has to enter the password, but he can't do it.
