Highlight the items in the dropdown

Is there a way to highlight the search results in the dropdown for just the search text? I am able to add html to the items in the dropdown but it shows the html code so I think something like innerText is used instead of innerHtml.

Example:
User searches on 'ss' and it should highlight the text in 'Odessa, TX' for 'ss'. What I am seeing in the dropdown is 'Odessa, TX'?

Any ideas?

Nvm I see that I need to add v-html to the div and use that instead.
