Swapping to BNB gives 0 BNB

Hello,
I have the following: I try to swap some coins back to BNB in MetaMask using Pancacke. When I submit the request the system provides the possible value and and the fees, but when I submit the transaction value becomes 0 and I pay only the fees. No possibility to swap to BNB so.
