Check how adapters different than node handle the server sent event endpoint

Describe the problem

Server sent events works in dev and SHOULD work with node adapter but i've yet to test how it works with netlify/vercel adapters giving they are serverless.

Describe the proposed solution

Check how it works and eventually signal that you NEED to use node-adapter for this to work

Ok it does seem that either on netlify or vercel it doesn't work. The node deploy as expected works (at least on railway).
