Fourteenth minor release

Adds additional debug information and better handling of crash dumps, which required some small changes of code to use more safe behaviours. Resolved module order dependency problems. Fixes a few incompatibilities with gambit-versions introduced in v1.1. Lots of changes needed to make apps have expected behaviours for newer Android versions, which were lost when adding arm64 support. Changes to support for newer MacOS and Xcode versions. Small improvements to uiform customizations. New ln-jScheme module as potential future JNI replacement.
