Once #63 has been completed, we should enable explicit library mode for all projects.

Note that although the generator component of PIG (pig/ subdirectory) is an application and can be invoked from the command line, it also exposes a Kotlin/JVM API that can be called by build systems such as Gradle and therefore it should also enable explicit library mode.
