After login the default column-preset is selected automatically. User should be able to select other column-presets as standard. Possible location for the selection could be at "User Preferences".

It's already work in progress - the GIT version allows to save a preset as default, however, the grids have to be extended so that they can read the default preset.

Cool, just saw the red flag in the demo-version. What do you mean with "grids"?

Grid is the ExtJS name for tables ;)

If anyone is still interested, a super hacky way of getting your preset to load automatically is to edit web/js/compiled/main2.js on your server and change the default columns. Grep for this bit of code in the file and replace it with your own configuration:

I got my configuration by setting a breakpoint in the browser on the "save preset" code. Then I just stuck it in the file.
