Attributes:

progress: A number which will be passed to MaterialProgress.setProgress(). If set also removes mdl-progress__indeterminate
buffer: A number which will be passed to MaterialProgress.setBuffer().

WARNING: The JavaScript portion of this is not tested across redraws and might break.
