This release was the first to be processed with the Infovore release t20131021.

This release has stricter validation than previous releases. All facts that contain escape sequences of the form [$][0-9A-F]{4} are sent to the rejected stream. In future releases, these facts will be re-encoded correctly, but this release provides a view of the scope of the problem.
