[BUG] Application Description Field

Firstly, thank you for a great simple but very effective dashboard!

Deployment details:

• App version [e.g. v1.7.4]: 2.2.1
• Platform [e.g. amd64, arm64, arm/v7]: amd64
• Docker image tag [e.g. latest, multiarch]: latest

Bug description:

• When adding or editing an application, the description is not updated when a custom icon is uploaded at the same time.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add or edit an application, populate or change the description field, then upload a a custom icon. When add or update application is selected, the custom icon is uploaded and displayed, but the description field remains at it's previous value (the link if there was no description previously entered).
