This release fixes
pex3 cache prunehandling of cached Pips.Previously, performing a
pex3 cache prunewould bump the last accesstime of all un-pruned cached Pips artificially. If you ran
pex3 cache prunein a daily or weekly cron job, this would mean Pipswould never be pruned.
