Budget for 2020

Hello, we can list our items for budget
We can have at most $4000 for the incubation procedure.

That can include travel to:

• code sprint
• making some promotional gadgets (I ran out of stickers for example)
• travel to FOSS4G Calgary
• I would love to have a stamp (like in Japan everywhere you go you find a stamp)

We need some figure$ to ask for what we need

In the code sprint we can:

• meet our mentor Angelos and work on doing what needs to be done
  to have pgRouting as an OSGeo project.

Asking for a budget of $4000 US for incubation expenses

Incubation expenses include trip for Rajat to help wrap up the incubation process

$4000 US was just an indicative number for 2019 budget. It is up to the board to approve a budget for the incubation committee and then the incubating project will ask the budget from the incubation committee. A non-graduated project cannot handle $ on its own, since it does not have an officer to do so.
