Support for multiple languages in Nextflow pipelines

Nextflow pipelines can define descriptions and other text related to parameters in a nextflow_schema.json JSON schema file. Other descriptions/error messages can also be defined in a assets/schema_input.json JSON schema. The format of these files is described at https://nextflow-io.github.io/nf-validation/nextflow_schema/nextflow_schema_specification/

It would be nice to support multiple languages for these text descriptions so they can be displayed in the users selected language on a web page.

There are some possible ideas for supporting multiple languages in JSON schemas at json-schema-org/json-schema-spec#53
