How can I access the body in the request within the shouldInterceptRequest callback

I want to access the body of a POST request in the shouldInterceptRequest callback, but the request does not have a body property. I found that the request does have a body property in the shouldInterceptFetchRequest callback, but shouldInterceptFetchRequest is not called on the Windows platform.

I found that I need to modify the web_resource_request.cpp file to add the logic for retrieving the body.
