Scandinavian letters (ä,ö,etc...) in submitted file's causes an 500 error

How to test:
try to submit a file, which has a Scandinavian letters in its filename.

@eliisav looked into this, and said that problem is with Unicode.

OK – let's see if I can make the person's computer catch on fire when a file like that is submitted...
