Backup data in PV is not cleaned up after backup with CR (Mydumper)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

For backups with CR (Mydumper), backup data will be saved in PV first and then uploaded to GCS/S3 storage, although it supports setting maxBackups and maxReservedTime for the backups in GCS/S3 storage, the data in PV is not purged.

Clean up the data after upload to GCS/S3 successfully.
