Tikv's RD wants to update a part of tikv instances for comparison testing

Describe the feature you'd like:

Support update a part of tikv instances,

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Support OnDelete update strategy, the user can manually delete the corresponding tikv instance to update the specified tikv instances. But this way is quite different from our current way, so we will not adopt it.
