Hi there,
First of all thank you for your extension. It made my life pretty easy. The only hitch is it's pretty hard to make out on which tab I'm as I keep moving back and forth between tabs. Could something be done in this regard.
oops, I am/was using the plain theme provided by Tree Style Tab. Changing it one of the other styles did have the desired effect. I don't think Firefox/Iceweasel provide any theme by default.
The Plain theme as well as other themes don't just have enough brightness and contrast . Wish could make it a bit more, but still thanx.
The "Plain" theme respects color scheme on your platform (Windows, GNOME, etc.) so selected tab can be "unhighlighted" on some environments... I think you should specify custom background color for selected tabs by userChrome.css.

I was on one of the tabs when I took the screenshot. As can be seen it's impossible to tell where I am.
I looked in the preferences and didn't find anything which would give weightage or attactiveness or darkness to the active tab.
I'm running Tree Style Tab 0.14.2013052901 of the extension which was reviewed by mozilla.
