I'd be keen to see this too. In the past I've used the C++ implementation here: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~chongw/slda/
(This is GPL licenced though, don't know if that's compatible with LGPL, and probably a bunch of work to fix it up for inclusion in gensim)

Hi @EshanSingh No one has taken up this issue yet.  A contribution will be welcome here. We provide support for such large features via our Incubator program.

unfortunately, we still have no implementation of sLDA in gensim @hcji (and this model doesn't look very useful for the current moment).
