Describe the bug
Implements support for the following fields on the CSV importexport tool:

  1. Abstract/synopsis
  2. Keywords
  3. Subjects
  4. Categories
  5. Book cover image
  6. Book cover image alt text

What application are you using?
OMP 3.3.0

Additional information
Specifically for the categories, it'll be allowed to add just existing ones for the Press they are adding those submissions.
