Cannot remove the default style

Expected behavior: the first other style is set as default and the style is removed

@elpaso @volaya @luipir it seems is allowed to remove the default style for a layer, but this removes the layer itself too, is this expected?

@gioman I suppose is the default behaviour in the sense that always have to be present a style... did you try to add another style and remove the default one?

disregard my comment. The plugin clearly warns the user that the layer is being removed, i overlooked that dialog.
