Layer list in stores not refreshed when a store is removed #67

Is a store is removed then even clicking on the refresh icons will not cause the layer list to be refreshed. If a layer from the removed store is added it will cause an error.

I have seen now that the "clean" button helps. Anyway the error should be caught and a suggestion to use "clean" would be better, Tagging this as enhancement rather than bug.
