Local baseurls

Hi all,
Just a heads up on a new development feature in Plenti.
In release V0.5.24 @jimafisk made updates to local development on sites with baseurls to make the experience more consistent with the deployed environment. Also baseurls will give you the most versatility for instance if you wanted to serve a theme from a subfolder, you can. 😄
