Hello @jimafisk and team Plenti
I just wanted to post a note to say thank you for a great year of Plenti development and learning. Looking at GitHub Unwrapped I made 672 contributions to Github, all being Plenti based projects amounting to about 10 in total. That is quite unbelieveable for me since I only do this work on a part time basis. One significate theme I was involved in building was
Educenter
becuase it had some challenging features for me such as filtering courses on categories and tags, associating teachers with the courses they teach and using theautocomplete
feature to search on all teachers in the CMS just to mention a few. This year, I learnt a lot more about Plenti's architecture and some cool ways to use it for website development namely some in-built features such as the
_schema.json
and_defaults.json
for taking your Plenti site to the next level. Also thank you for adding to the Docs pages because this really helped me and it a great reference evertyime I start a new Plenti project. I'm so greatful for all the help I received from @jimafisk with all of this development. You are very patient and extremely thorough in explaining the details in a way I can understand. I really appreciate your time Jim. 😃 ❤️I look forward to another great year of learning and exciting development with Plenti. I do plan on devoting more time for this in the coming year and hopefully I can help get more folks knowing and learning about Plenti and its awesome features. Again thank you Jim and others in this community for all the hard work you do on this development. It is a time consuming endeavour, maintaining an open source project but it is worthwhile and I really appreciate the work you do.
Have a awesome new year all.
Best regards,
Ben
