Type !verify before getting a DM.

In my server I have the 10 minute message timer when you first join. I would love to make it so that you wait the 10 minutes for verification, then type !verify in my #verification channel to get the captcha in DMs. As of right now, when people join my server they can just bypass the timer by completing the captcha in their DMs and then getting a role which is pointless in having the timer. It would be epic if this would be added!
