What I have done so far is install the default pm2-mongodb module, then copy the whole installation folder with a different name. Rename the folders accordingly and then edit the "name:" in the package.json if you want to differentiate them.
Then from each modified folder run "pm2 install ." Only issue I'm having with this is that these customized modules are not persisting reboots, even after a pm2 save. Which I have not had a chance to fix yet.
