[BUG] Most of PowerPlatform related commands are failing Bad Request (400): Calling Power Automate through ARM is no longer supported. Please use "https://api.flow.microsoft.com/" instead. #3678

Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature

Most of the PowerPlatform related commands are failing similar to #3640, this is due to fact that "Power Platform deprecating the support for ARM-based APIs" - this has been discussed in detailed in pnp/cli-microsoft365#5715

hi @gautamdsheth @KoenZomers - Please assign this to me and @kunj-sangani - as there are many commands that are affected...we would need to do proper verification after the fixes.... We both can take this up...
