OData V4 Support

Hi guys,

In daily work, I use OData as the API standard.
There is a good library called Olingo in java word.
For rust, there is only one library called rust-odata that has not been updated for five years.

Is it possible to add OData V4 support to Poem?
If so, Poem would be a great library.
