TMPDIR option

I get this error while doing a production run:

STDERR: ruby-build: TMPDIR=/tmp cannot hold executables (partition possibly mounted with `noexec`)

Fair enough.

ruby-build does allow you to set the TMPDIR. Is there already a way to set that variable via poise-ruby-build? Or would it be possible to add that somehow?

I don't think I have an option for this, but one would be good to add.
