  • 添加 ConfigChain 组件，在将配置存到store层时，进过ConfigChain完成相关额外增强能力

  • 便于快速为配置中心模块添加能力，例如
    • 配置加解密
    • 配置发布事件记录
    • 配置发布历史记录
    • ...
