Map Toggle Feature (After Map Legend Update, Title I and CRP finish)

This ticket is on low priority. This ticket needs to be discussed after the map legend fully updating, the title I page is the development and CRP development.

At the meeting on May 16, the client confirmed that the data is ready in the box.

The required style is on Johnathan's presentation.

Todo:

1. Confirm the required data and determine the data structure
2. Decide if we should go with a year-over-year change of map first, then go to this task.
