Investigate: should we disable query endpoints for staking module (or similar)?

Modules like staking and slashing may be imported in the application. However, they expose query endpoints that may not be relevant to Monomer, and may not work properly.

We need to evaluate these options:

• Have a way to make them Monomer-compatible.
• Disable their query endpoints.
