ScienceMesh advance setting doesn't have same codes on OC that can be usable on NC #69

There're two different files on OC/NC for this implementation:
lib/Sections/SciencemeshSettingsAdmin.php
lib/Settings/SciencemeshSettingsAdmin.php

the methods that used here are different and it has fatal error once we use OC codes in NC
Needs to find a way to figure this out
