由于最新引入的依赖 ring 暂时还不支持 Windows Aarch64，所以Pot在Windows Aarch64 下会编译失败，直到 ring 支持 Windows Aarch64，预计不会很久。

ring 适配 Windows Aarch64 进度参考这个 issue
