Press caps lock on and then off on application launch?

Hi,

Just installed this software and struggling to work out how to press the caps lock key on and then off when I launch an application. To complicate matters, this application is a windows app that is running inside a Parallels 19 windows 11 virtual machine. I bought keyboard maestro as well but it seems it cant press the cpas lock key so have ended up here!.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
