The backlight on my (laptop) keyboard consistently stops working after a while when using Karabiner. I believe this happens after a sleep and wake up cycle (but I'm not 100% sure yet). The only way that I've found to resolve this is to restart the computer.
When the backlight is turned off in this way I can still use the touchbar controls to adjust the light levels (the icon and graphical level indicator shows up and changes etc) but the lights will remain completely deactivated.
If I quit Karabiner after the backlight has stopped working the keyboard becomes completely deactivated and I'm forced to restart.
Please tell me if I can provide any logs or other information to help resolve this issue.
I'm using Karabiner 12.2.0 on a Macbook Pro 2018 (15-inch); Mojave 10.14.3.
