Discussion:
1.) Externalized helpers. Design progressing, prototype next week. Need APIs for Darwin generation, which does not have zap file, but mostly just iterates over static XML data.
2.) Upgrade rules: need to think how to move forward. Put rules on SDK, have zap have an engine that executes them.
3.) Some clarification on Feature Map data.
