Add team Id configuration option

Please describe your feature request:

For upload to PDCP, we now require the Team ID to be set. Currently I think this can be set through an env variable - but we need to add a flag to pass to the nuclei command / include in config to set this

   -tid, -team-id string  upload scan results to given team id (optional)

Describe the use case of this feature:

This will allow you to have multiple teams and be able to control easily which team gets a set of results.
