[prometheus] Incorrect URL in values.yaml for node-selector #3806

Describe the bug a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The URL in the node-selector portion of the values.yaml file for prometheus helm chart is 404
current url is https://kubernetes.io/docs/user-guide/node-selection/
URL should possibly be: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/scheduling-eviction/assign-pod-node/
or possibly https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/assign-pods-nodes/

What's your helm version?

v3.12.2

What's your kubectl version?

1.27.3

Which chart?

prometheus

What's the chart version?

24.5.0

What happened?

I tried to visit the referenced URL

What you expected to happen?
