windows_service_state label changes from 0.28.1 to 0.29.0-rc.0

Problem Statement

The state label seemingly changes to status when going from 0.28.1 to 0.29.0-rc.0 (that version ended up with the :latest tag on ghcr.io, not sure if this was intended).

Is this label change intentional?

Environment

• windows_exporter Version: 0.28.1 --> 0.29.0-rc.0
• Windows Server Version: AKSWindows-2019-containerd-17763.6189.240814
