Things to get this going:
- set environment variables RACKSPACE_USERNAME and RACKSPACE_API_KEY
- sudo easy_install fabric
- get this https://github.com/jacobian/openstack.compute/tarball/master unpack it and launch in there: sudo python setup.py install
