Make "log in" look like a link in login prompt in comments section

On the above line, in the <a> tag, please add an attribute href="#" so that it appears more clearly as a link that can be pressed. Currently it looks like this, and it may be ambiguous! Also, let's add a "Please" so we are extra friendly to newcomers 😄
