I would suggest to start with:

1. Reading Stetho sources first.
2. Check how Stetho OkHttp integration works since we're going to go with pretty similar solution of using interceptors.
3. Then publish your thoughts about it here
4. Then we can discuss StorIO Interceptors API
5. Then we can implement StorIO Interceptors API
6. Then we can add StorIO Stetho Integration :)
