change URL and links

there's a website http://fitzgen.github.com/pocco - I guess it relates to this pycco project? Which is the correct name? Either change one or the other.

I just saw there's also http://fitzgen.github.com/pycco. So maybe delete the pocco website or redirect to pycco? I found a link to pocco somewhere on the web, and was stuck there ...

I wasn't aware that URL existed. I assume that pocco URL was leftover from before the name change from Pocco to Pycco. I'm not sure how to change that without @fitzgen creating a pocco repository, setting up a redirect website there, and deleting the repository.
